Who-You-Are-

We complete a thousand actions and make a thousand movements. But how many of these are we actually conscious of?

Who You Are
One of the greatest barriers instilled in you as a child is that of making you believe that you’re a body with a soul.
This belief ensures that your attention becomes fixed on your physical body, convincing you of being restricted by the human body’s physical limits.
If, instead, you switch this around and say, "I am a Soul that has a body," your attention shifts to your soul, and the corresponding shift in your intent allows you to understand how to overcome the limits of your body, and rediscover your true abilities as a Soul.
To bring about this shift in intent, your new perspective shouldn’t stop at a mental level(3rd Chakra), it should be brought to an emotional level(2nd Chakra).
As this happens, you begin to perceive yourself as Energy, and everything that surrounds you will no longer appear as matter, but as Energy. Only then can you begin to interact with your surroundings.
It is impossible to practice any Esoteric Martial Art if you haven’t first changed your Intent. Your physical body is the means through which you fight.

Soul-Aura-Energetic Body
Soul - Myself, a being created and connected to the universe.
Aura - Space occupied by the Soul.
Energy field - Layers which make up the Aura.

We get up in the morning, eat breakfast, get dressed, go to work, eat, and talk with many different people about many different things- work, family, hobbies. We go home, clean up a little, eat dinner, wash the dishes, and go to bed.
This is an example of an average day. We complete a thousand actions and make a thousand movements. But how many of these are we actually conscious of?
Few could answer such a question, seeing as for the most part, if not totally, we behave mechanically, without listening or being aware of how our body moves.
The first act of Self-Remembrance is being Present.
Feel and Listen to what you’re doing!
